Yoda is an extremely powerful Jedi Master. As such, he has some pretty "calls for a permission post" abilities. So let me know what is/isn't okay for him to use on your characters. In general, these abilities are:

Jedi Mind Tricks: Overriding the will of the weak minded (These aren't the droids you're looking for)

Empathy: The ability to pick up on the emotions of others.

Precognition: Most likely to come up in a combat situation, knowing in advance what the other character will do.

Battle Meditation: Influencing the overall morale of a battlefield, bolstering his compatriots and depressing his opponents.

ETA

Telekinesis: Flinging about of weapons.

AND WHILE I'M HERE!

Fourth Walling: I'm fine with fourth walling so long as it makes sense. And Yoda being so recognizable, it is likely to make sense.

Varvara (this one here) - Demon, completely immune to mind trickery and battle meditation shenanigans. Empathy is fine, although Varvara doesn't feel emotions in the same way as others or very appropriately when she does. Precog is fine, but she's not the blatant combat type.

Varric ([personal profile] brosbeforeprose) - Varric's too strong minded to be affected by Jedi mind tricks. Yoda'll get a pretty blatant, 'what the hell are you doing' stare for that. The rest are fine, though!

Tali ([personal profile] keelahselai) - Weaker than Varric but still strongish, so she might find herself starting to acquiesce before suddenly wondering what the hell she said/did that for and starting to shake it off? idk if that's a thing that can happen. If she's distracted, exhausted or generally run down, though, it'll be much easier.
