Permissions

Yoda is an extremely powerful Jedi Master. As such, he has some pretty "calls for a permission post" abilities. So let me know what is/isn't okay for him to use on your characters. In general, these abilities are:

Jedi Mind Tricks: Overriding the will of the weak minded (These aren't the droids you're looking for)

Empathy: The ability to pick up on the emotions of others.

Precognition: Most likely to come up in a combat situation, knowing in advance what the other character will do.

Battle Meditation: Influencing the overall morale of a battlefield, bolstering his compatriots and depressing his opponents.

Telekinesis: Flinging about of weapons.

AND WHILE I'M HERE!

Fourth Walling: I'm fine with fourth walling so long as it makes sense. And Yoda being so recognizable, it is likely to make sense.

I think I can give a blanket "yes" to all of these for Fatima. The caveat being that she is, by no means, weak-minded. So the mind tricks would be difficult. Not impossible, but difficult. It would probably work, but she'd quickly realize she was being manipulated.
